This Disclosure Document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the facility provided by Wallet of Satoshi. You should read this document carefully before using the facility.

1. General Terms

1.1 Availability

The current version of this Disclosure Document is available at: walletofsatoshi.com/disclosure.html. A link is also provided in the Wallet of Satoshi mobile application.

1.2 Variation of Terms

Wallet of Satoshi reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected in the current version of this document.

1.3 Expiry of Benefits

There is no expiry date on any benefits provided through the ordinary use of this facility.

2. Payments

2.1 Mistaken or Unauthorised Transactions

All payments made through this facility are final.

In the event of a mistaken or unauthorised transaction, you must contact the payee directly. Wallet of Satoshi accepts no liability for the recovery of such payments.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued to:

  1. The owner of the email address originally provided during the payment process, or
  2. The verified owner of the originating cryptocurrency address. Proof of ownership (e.g. a signed message from the address) is required. Wallet of Satoshi can assist with this process.

4. Customer Credit

4.1 Credit Limit

The total combined balance (Lightning and on-chain) in a Wallet of Satoshi account must not exceed 5 BTC. Exceeding this limit may result in a refund, which must be requested via support@walletofsatoshi.com.

4.2 Transaction Limit

No single transaction may exceed 5 BTC in value. Transactions exceeding this amount will be rejected and may require a manual refund process.

4.3 Transaction History

Your full transaction history is available at all times through the Wallet of Satoshi mobile app.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Receiving Lightning Payments

No fees are charged for incoming Lightning payments.

5.2 Sending Lightning Payments

Sending Lightning payments may incur a variable routing fee, which is passed on to the Lightning network and not retained by Wallet of Satoshi.

5.3 BTC Credits

A fee of 1.95% applies to Bitcoin top-ups made to your Wallet of Satoshi account.

5.4 On-Chain BTC Payments

On-chain Bitcoin transactions incur a fee of 1.95%, plus a fixed fee based on current network conditions. This total fee is displayed prior to payment confirmation. The minimum amount that can be sent on-chain is 0.00003 BTC plus fees.

5.5 Fee Variation

All fees and charges are subject to change. Any updates will be published in the most recent version of this Disclosure Document.
